We're looking for a Sales Admin who loves technology, solutions, and enjoys working directly with customers. We are looking for a skilled sales support administrator to assist our sales team with routine administrative functions. In this role, you will manage sales inquiries, keep sales department records, and file contracts. Your duties will include scheduling appointments with customers. You may also be required to perform research for information that could be useful to the sales team.

Sales Support:

  • Proposal and Documentation: Assisting sales reps with crafting proposals, presentations, and other sales materials tailored for a high-level audience. This might involve gathering data, creating compelling visuals, and ensuring accuracy and consistency in messaging.
  • Scheduling and Logistics: Managing sales reps' calendars, coordinating meetings with executive-level clients, and handling travel arrangements (as appropriate) to ensure smooth interactions.
  • Contract Management: Preparing and processing contracts, purchase agreements, and other legal documents required by the sales process.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

  • Data Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system, including contact details, communication history, pipeline position, and communication preferences for executives on the sales team.
  • Lead Generation and Qualification: Researching and qualifying potential leads that align with the company's enterprise offerings, filtering out unqualified leads to focus the team's efforts on high-value prospects.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generating reports on sales activity, pipeline health, and critical metrics to keep the sales team and management informed on progress toward goals.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Communication Hub: Serving as the initial point of contact for customer inquiries, routing them to the appropriate salesperson or department, and ensuring prompt responses.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Updating the sales pipeline with new opportunities, tracking their progress, and updating the sales team.

Additional Considerations for Enterprise Sales:

  • Understanding Complex Deals: Enterprise sales often involve lengthy sales cycles, large contract values, and multiple decision-makers on the customer side. The sales admin may need to stay informed about the intricacies of these deals to provide effective support.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Given the executive-level nature of the sales interactions, the sales admin needs to communicate professionally and effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

The right person has these qualifications:

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills. The ability to create and maintain a strong relationship based on honesty, openness, and success. Strong communication skills, fluent in (written and spoken) English
  • Customer-focused and Enthusiastic in attitude. Help the Customer be successful by maintaining a never-give-up attitude.
  • Works well independently and in collaboration, asks for help when needed, and is brave in making decisions—strong attention to detail.
  • Be Adaptive. Drive a project and pivot based on the clients' needs, remove obstacles, and find creative ways to be successful.
  • Project Manager. Keep the client on track, understand decisions, and continue to drive them and us toward their success.

Qualifications:

  • BS or BA in Business Administration Or Experience commensurate with requirements.
  • Three or more years of experience in sales administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably within B2B SAAS company
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Remote 100% USA

Work Hours: Generally, our working hours are 9am-5pm ET and 8:30am-4:30pm PT, with hours generally overlapping between time zones.
