NLX, the conversational AI platform transforming enterprise CX, seeks a dynamic and thoughtful Digital Marketing Manager to work in close partnership with the VP of Communications and Marketing to build awareness for the brand’s industry-leading technology across digital channels in support of the company’s growth strategy.

The ideal candidate will bring a creative approach rooted in industry best practices, building and executing a marketing plan that aligns with company goals and priorities. This person is a strong writer, able to conceptualize and produce original content that’s engaging and relevant to NLX’s target audiences and positions NLX as a thought leader in the enterprise technology space. This person will also have experience managing paid search and social campaigns bringing best practices and other insights to that work.

Expected duties for this role include:

  • Develop and manage a digital marketing strategy that helps to grow the business, including content development, sponsorships, SEO, SEM, email, and social media.
  • Manage lead gen channels, working in conjunction with Sales to ensure key information is captured, organized and engaged in a timely manner.
  • Conceptualize and draft original content, working with colleagues across departments as needed to ensure it taps into the current conversation about enterprise AI and ties back to NLX’s business. Content would include articles, blog posts, social posts, etc.
  • Work with and guide agency partners in the development of case studies, white papers, webinars, etc.
  • Manage NLX’s LinkedIn page, crafting share-worthy posts (at least 3x week) to grow followers and engagement and ensure NLX is a part of key industry conversations.
  • Identify, vet and pitch external earned and paid opportunities, including speaking at conferences and awards submissions.
  • Analyze and contextualize performance for all marketing initiatives, ensuring the content strategy is nimble and responsive to what’s working and what’s not.

Preferred skills and qualifications:

  • Exceptional writing, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Strong time management and ability to prioritize projects on the fly
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality
  • Savvy with social media, able to adopt a conversational tone and voice.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools
  • Experience working with Hubspot or other digital marketing automation software is required.
  • Knowledge of web publishing is required.
  • Experience working with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads and Google Analytics is required.
  • Experience working with partners at AWS and Google Cloud is a plus.

Role requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Communications/Public Relations or similar.
  • At least five years of experience in digital marketing or related role.
  • Must provide three writing samples.

Location: Remote 100% USA

Work Hours: Generally, our working hours are 9am-5pm ET and 8:30am-4:30pm PT, with hours generally overlapping between time zones.
